In need of a fun way to relieve some stress, get a workout while having fun, and get in some self care time?! Try ReFit! I first learned about ReFit from friends at church. We got together twice a week to follow along with ReFit videos, have some laughs and spend time in fellowship. The videos present a cardio workout to both Christian songs and popular secular music. I find the workouts to be a great boost of energy, a good way to get my heart rate and lots of fun. So grab a bottle of water, click on the link below and get dancing!
